Chocolate

This happened a little while ago, but it is important to get the message out.

Chocolate is bad for you! Don't eat it!

If your humans find out you ate a whole bunch of chocolate, they will make you drink weird stuff that's bubbly and makes you throw up. A lot. That wasn't much fun.

My humans explained that I would be much much sicker if they hadn't made me drink that stuff. So I forgave them, and I'm letting you know.

The question I have is: If chocolate is so bad for you, why can you find great big chunks of it lying around?
And why does it smell so good?

Busy Busy Busy

Hi everyone! I've missed you.

I've also missed my humans a lot. They went away for a long time.
I went to stay at Aunt R's house for a bit. I was scared there, because I thought I had been abandoned. But then I realized that Aunt R is just as much fun as my regular humans. And she doesn't hog the couch. And she has lots of nice friends who bring me cookies. I like cookies!

Then I went from Aunt R to Aunt E's house. With the cats again. So much moving around. At least I got to sleep in the kitty bed. Hah! That's one up on them, and they didn't get to eat my food either because I'm too fast.

Snuggling up!

Auntie E's house is also nice because it is dog-accessible. I can get on the table, to finish of the cats' food. I can get the trash to make sure all the food is out of there. And I can get to the shelves to get a snack in case I get hungry. Whoever made the house was very thoughtful to make it accessible to dogs as well as humans.

Of course, Auntie E doesn't think I should be eating a bag of treats, a box of cereal, the trash and the kitty food, especially all in one day. I disagree. So does Zayna, the bigger cat. She took advantage of my food-induced sluggishness to sleep in my bed. That's just not right.

That's one for the cats. I still think I'm winning.
Turns out my humans did come back. They smell all... warm. I wonder what they were doing without me.
